- 2 litres cold water
- 40g unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp flour
- 45ml NOMU Chicken STOCK dissolved in 1½ litres of boiling water
- 1 small turnip, diced
- 125g potatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- NOMU Sea Salt and Black Pepper
- ½ cup cream
