Cherry Hazelnut Biscotti

Ingredients

• 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1 cup Hazelnuts (chopped, toasted)
• 1 tbsp Grated Lemon Peel
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 4 Eggs
• 1 1/3 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Dried Cranberries or Cherries
