- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Minced parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, if desired
