• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
• 1/4 tsp pepper powder
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 1 carrot, finely chopped
• 2 tsp arrowroot powder
• 1.5 cubes of grated cheese
• water/vegetable stock
