Ingredients
- 20 cups (5 litres) filtered water
- 2/3 cup (135 g) crushed wheat malt grains
- 2/3 cup (90 g) crushed CaraAmber malt grains
- 3 cups (500 g) pale malt extract
- ¼ cup (35 g) Simcoe hops pellets
- 1 bag (6 lb/2.7 kg) ice cubes
- 6 g (about ½ of an 11.5 g packet) Lallemand Belle Saison yeast
- 8 dried bitter orange peels
- 1 cup (35 g) cilantro stems and leaves, chopped
- ½ cup (125 ml) water
- 2 ½ tbsp dextrose
- 8 brown glass bottles (16 oz/500 ml each) with swing top lids
