• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp orange blossom water (optional; replace with water/lemon juice if not using)
• ¼ tsp kosher salt (⅛ tsp if using regular salt)
• Oil for frying
• Sesame seeds and/or crushed pistachios for garnish
