Turkey Cordon Bleu Sliders - Butterball

Ingredients

• 1 Butterball Easy Fresh boneless turkey breast
• 1/2 Butterball extra lean turkey ham, sliced
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 3 eggs, scrambled with a splash of water
• 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
• 1 canola oil, for shallow frying
• 8 slider buns
• 4 slices Swiss cheese
• 1 Tbsp canola oil
• 1 1/2 cups mayo
• 1/4 bunch parsley, finely chopped
• 1/4 bunch dill, finely chopped
• 1/2 bunch chives, finely sliced
