Ingredients

• 1 cup Gourmet Trading Company Green Asparagus cut on bias about 2” in length
• 1 cup Gourmet Trading Company White Asparagus peeled, cut on bias about 2” in length
• 3/4 cup Persian cucumber sliced thin
• 1/2 cup scallions sliced
• 1/4 cup cilantro fresh
• 8 leaves lettuce butter or bib, cleaned and torn
• 1/3 cup lemon ponzu sauce
• chives for garnish
