Ingredients

• 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
• Olive oil for brushing
• 1/3 cup of honey
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
• 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of lime zest gratefully grated
• 2 tablespoons of garlic, minced
• 10 wooden skewers, soaked in water
• 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
• 3 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, finely chopped plus extra for garnish
