- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Makai ka atta (Maize flour/Cornmeal) sifted 1 Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ or to taste
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
