• 4 c green cabbage, chopped/sliced
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1 carrot, grated
• 2 jalapeno ring slices, chopped
• 1/2 t curry powder
• 1/2 t cumin
• 1/8 t turmeric
• 1 T lemon juice
