Pizza Rounds

Ingredients

• 40 (1/5 bag) Tostitos ® Bite Size Rounds Tortilla Chips
• 1/4 cup pizza sauce
• 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
• 1/4 cup finely chopped mushroom
• 1/4 cup finely chopped pepperoni
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Arrange the Tostitos ® Bite Size Rounds Tortilla Chips in an even layer on a baking sheet.
• Top each chip with a dollop of sauce.
• Toss the green pepper with the mushrooms and pepperoni.
• Divide between chips and top with cheese.
• Broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
• Carefully transfer to a serving platter.
• Serve immediately.
