Triple Chocolate Cake - Golden Barrel Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup Golden Barrel organic cane sugar
• 1 cup Golden Barrel Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Golden Barrel coconut oil, in a soft-solid state
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups cake flour*
• 1 cup baking cocoa, sifted
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup instant chocolate pudding mix (small box)
• 2 1/4 cups buttermilk
• 1 cup chocolate chips or chunks
• 8 oz Dark chocolate, chopped into pieces (or chocolate chips)
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
