Scrambled Egg and Sausage Crumpets - Warburtons

Ingredients

• Cook sausages as per pack instructions
• To make the scrambled eggs, break the eggs into a jug, add the milk and mix with a fork
• Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour in the eggs
• Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until set, season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat. Set aside
• Toast crumpets in toaster for 2 minutes or until lightly browned
• Divide the scrambled egg over the crumpets and cut up the sausages to place on top
• Sprinkle with chopped chives to serve
