Pumpkin Polvorones - Turntable Kitchen

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup of coconut oil, melted
• 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of real vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
• pinch of ground cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
• 1 cup of whole, raw pecans
• 2 cups of all-purpose or whole wheat pastry flour
• powdered sugar, for coating the cookies
