Ingredients

• 6 chicken fillets, cut into strips
• Salt and pepper
• 0.5 egg, lightly whisked
• mixed seeds like, sunflower seeds, linseeds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds
• 0.5 tbsp. Flora Regula
• 0.5 tbsp. olive oil
• 0.5 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
• 0.5 small green cabbage, thinly sliced
• A small handful cocktail tomatoes, halved
• 1 taco shells
