Simple Greek lamb chops recipe

Ingredients

• 8 New Zealand lamb chops
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 lemon juice
• Zest of 1 lemon, minced (optional)
• 2 TSP dried oregano
• 2 TBSP fresh chopped parsley
• 8-10 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 TBSP salt (or to your taste)
• 1 TSP freshly ground black pepper
