• 4 lbs. Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1” pieces
• 4 tsp butter, unsalted (1/2 stick)
• 3/4 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
• 1 tsp Kosher Salt
• 1 TBS Pure Vanilla Extract
• 1 tsp Ground Vietnamese Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Blend
• 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
• 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
• 4 tsp butter, unsalted
• 6 tsp Packed Light Brown Sugar
• 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, not instant oats
