- 250 g chestnut mushrooms
- Few springs of rosemary
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon yeast extract (you can substitute for miso paste)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry
- 3 tablespoons plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
