Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of buttermilk
- 2 large of eggs
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Jar of Folláin Lemon or Passion Fruit Curd
- 250ml of Fresh cream, whipped to soft peaks
- Handful of Fresh blackberries to serve
