We've revived an old recipe to create this passionfruit cheesecake slice. This is so easy to make, just set in the fridge overnight.
Ingredients
- 375 grams Nice biscuits
- 2 ½ teaspoons gelatine
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 500 grams cream cheese, softened, chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lime rind
- 2 x 395 gram cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup (80ml) lime juice
- 1/3 cup (80ml) passionfruit pulp
- 2 cups (320g) icing sugar, sifted
- 2 -3 tablespoons fresh passionfruit pulp, approximately, extra
