Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 5 large vine tomatoes, halved
• 1 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper, for seasoning
• 1 tablespoon Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 800g / 1.76lb rump steak, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 large yellow onion, finely diced
• 2 fat garlic cloves, minced
• ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 1 bay leaf
• 500ml / 2 cups chicken stock
• 1 recipe for Mexican Rice
• 1 packet Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps OR 1 packet Gran Luchito Burrito Wraps
