• 6 Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps
• 350g Tomato Sauce
• 1 tbsp Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste
• 100g / 3.5oz grated cheese (mix of mozzarella and cheddar)
• 3 tomatoes, diced
• 1 red onion, finely diced
• Handful of coriander, leaves and stems, roughly chopped
• 1 lime, juice
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
