Ingredients

• 90 g Hakubaku organic udon noodles
• 250 g raw peeled garlic prawns
• 50 g streaky Primo bacon
• 2 teaspoons chilli flakes
• 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
• 1 teaspoon good grub hub wasabi sesame seeds
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon chopped basil
• Zest from 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
• 100 mL light coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon garlic aioli
• 1 tablespoon fried shallots
• 1 tablespoon flaked almonds
