• 12 pieces large shrimps peeled butterflied and deveined
• 1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
• 1 sachet MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
• 2 tablespoons Chinese Rice Wine
• 2 cloves garlic finely minced
• 1 A small piece Ginger
• 1 stalk scallion finely minced
• 1/4 kilogram potato peeled and diced
• 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
• 2 pieces Egg
• 2 pieces large potato cut into thin strips
• 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
