Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches

Ingredients

• Cookies
• 2 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®
• 1 cup butter flavored shortening
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 can sweet condensed milk
• 2 Farmhouse eggs
• 2 tbsp vanilla
• 1 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 quart chocolate milk
• 2 cups milk
• Cookies - Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes
• Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches
• Mix well and pour in ice cream freezer
• Once cookies are finished and cooled, scoop ice cream onto a cookie, place another cookie on top, and enjoy!
