Rajas con crema - Gerardo Lopez
Rajas con crema is nothing else than roasted slices of poblano chillies in a creamy sauce. A typical filling for tacos or as a side.
Ingredients
- 4 fresh poblano chillies (don't recommend using tinned ones as substitute)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 white or yellow onion
- 1 fresh corn (kernels cut off)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 ml thickened cream
- salt to taste
