Pickled Radishes Gelson's

Ingredients

• 1 bunch radishes, stem and root ends removed, cut into ⅛” slices
• ½ cup white vinegar
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• ¼ cup water
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp yellow mustard seeds
• ¼ teaspoon Gelson’s black peppercorns
• 1 bay leaf
