I love baked cheesecake and this one works well because it’s in a slice form – ideal for portion control!
Ingredients
- 250 gram plain vanilla biscuits
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 125 gram butter, melted
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 2 x 50g cream cheese
- 1 x 250g sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 3 eggs, beaten
- thickened cream and passionfruit syrup, to serve
