Ingredients

• 1/2 kg of minced beef
• 1/2 kg of minced pork
• 2 Free-range eggs
• Garlic
• Parsley
• Salt
• 3 stale bread loaves soaked in milk
• Extra virgin olive oil

• 1 onion
• 1 green pepper
• 1 red pepper
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 carrot
• 1 glass of ground tomato
• 1 glass of white wine
• 2 glasses of ham bone broth
• 2 flour teaspoons
• 1 little handful of minced beef
