• 1 lbs of Navy Beans
• 1 Green Bell Pepper
• 1 Sweet Onion
• 3 Stalks of Celery
• 2 tbls of garlic
• 1 32 oz bx of Chicken Stock or Broth
• 1 pk of Ham
• A good bit of Cajun Seasoning
• Salt-Pepper-to taste
• Olive Oil
