• 36 cups vegetable broth
• 6 teaspoon ground cumin
• 6 teaspoon ground coriander
• 6 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1.50 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 6 bay leaf
• 6 Salt and black pepper to taste
• 12 cups chopped kale or spinach leaves
• 12 tablespoons lemon juice
• Fresh parsley or cilantro chopped (optional)
