• 500g Wrights Wholemeal or Premium White Bread Mix (Or a Mixture of the Two)
• 100g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
• 50g Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 25g Fresh Parsley - Finely Chopped
• 1 Clove of Garlic - Finely Chopped
• 1 Egg - Size 4
• 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
• 300ml Warm Water
