Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
• 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
• 1 tsp dried basil leaves
• 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
• 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
• 15 ounces tomato sauce
• 1 can campbells tomato soup concentrate
• 1 cup cooked white rice
• 2 large green bell peppers chopped
• 1 each red and yellow bell pepper chopped
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• mozzarella cheese for finishing optional
