- Marshmallows
- 150 g Finesse Baking sweetener
- 50 + 100 ml water
- 25 g gelatine powder
- 15-20 drops of vanilla essence (or 1 tsp vanilla powder)
- A little corn starch
- Topping
- 200 g Sukrin Dark chocolate
- 140 g salted peanuts
- 80 g raspberries (frozen ones are preferable)
