• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1/2 tsp Salt

• 1/4 cup Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
• 1 inch onion thinly sliced (no more than 1/4thick)
• 1 inch red bell pepper thinly sliced (1/4thick)
• 1 inch yellow bell pepper thinly sliced (1/4thick)
• 1 inch green bell pepper thinly sliced (1/4thick)
• 8 flour or corn tortillas
• 4 each Limes
• 1/2 cup Cilantro
