Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana (2 to 3 medium bananas)
- 1/3 cup cooking oil (I melted coconut oil and used that)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ½ cups flaked coconut – toasted
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
