• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

• 1 package (9 ounces) condensed mincemeat, cut into small pieces
• 1 egg white, lightly beaten
