Chicken and Chorizo Paella - SuperValu
A perfect one pot dish to share, full of flavour and relatively simple to prepare. You could also add some prawns and mussels for more a more traditional dish.
Ingredients
- 60 g Chorizo Sausages cut into chunks
- 60 g Frozen Peas
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 - SuperValu Onion finely chopped
- 2 - SuperValu Quality Irish Chicken Fillets cut into chunks
- 150 g SuperValu Rice
- 1 medium SuperValu Tomato skinned, seeded and chopped
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 500 ml Chicken Stock Cube hot
- 2 cloves SuperValu Garlic finely chopped
- 2 tbsp SuperValu Olive Oil
- 0 - SuperValu Salt to season
