• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 3 large eggs, at room temperature
• ½ cup molasses
• ½ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups Dried Apricots, Chopped into small pieces
• 1 cup Pecans, Coarsely chopped
• 1 cup Golden Raisins, Whole
• ½ cup Candied Orange Peel, Finely chopped
