• 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated on micro plane)
• 1/4 cup Parsley Chopped
• 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
• 1 pound 80/20 Ground Beef
• 1/2 pound Ground Pork
• 1/2 pound Ground Veal
• 2 Large Eggs
• 1 cup Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
• 1/2 cup Half and Half
• 3/4 cup Dehydrated Potato Flakes
• 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
• 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
• 1/4 cup Fresh Basil
• 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Chili Flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground Fennel
• 4 cups Tomato Sauce
