Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
• 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's 12 Year White balsamic
• Kosher salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 1/4 cup beef broth
• 1 15-0z can tomato sauce
• 1 15-oz can of diced tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup cream cheese
• fresh chopped parsley, garnish
