Turkey Quesadillas with Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients

• 1 cup Orange Cranberry Sauce
• 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
• 2 tablespoons green onion chopped
• 1 tablespoon lime juice Fresh
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed ground
• 1 each pear finely chopped, core removed
• 1 each Jalapenos seeded and chopped
• 1 each onion chopped
• 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
• 4 each flour tortillas
• 2 cups turkey, leftover chopped
• Salsa from above
