Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 cup yellow onion (diced)
• 1 teaspoon garlic (minced (about 1-2 cloves))
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 1/2 cups beef broth
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• salt and pepper (to taste)
• egg noodles (cooked according to package directions)
