Ingredients

• 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed at room temperature for 5-10 minutes
• 1 medium KANZI® apple, thinly sliced lengthwise with core intact (seeds removed)
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp water (cool or room temperature)
• 2 tbsp demerara sugar*
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• honey, to serve
