• 4 tsp JS Feta Seasoning
• 200 g plain flour
• 100 g cold butter
• 1 egg
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tbsp cold water
• 500 g baby spinach
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 pinch fresh nutmeg, grated
• 200 g feta cheese
• 3 eggs
• 300 ml cream
• salt, pepper
