- Add to a pot:
- ½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)
- 2 cardamom pods
- Few sticks cinnamon
- ¾ cup semolina
- Add in 1 cup boiling water mixed with orange food colouring (or saffron)
- ½ cup cream
- ½ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon cardomom powder
- Add to.pot
- 2 tablespoons milk powder
- Little milk
- Add to pot and mix.
