- 1 tablespoon butter (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup cake flour, plus 2 tablespoons
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios, plus a tablespoon for the top of the loaf
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
