• 1 apple
• 1/2 cup raspberries or mixed berries
• 60ml raspberry vinegar cordial concentrate or to taste
• 1 cup cloudy apple juice
• 2 cups rosé wine
• 1 cup ginger beer (optional)
• 2 cups mineral or soda water
