Saucy Chicken Cannelloni recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken fillet cubed
• Freshly ground whole red chillies
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon huldi
• 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic
• 1 grated tomato
• Mustard sauce
• Tomato sauce
• Red chutney
• Add ghee (Clarified butter) to pot. Add in chicken fillets, tomato and all spices. Leave to cook when half way done and sauces and cook.
• Sprinkle grated cheese and origanum and bake.
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
• Salt and pepper to taste
